Bad Check Tracker - Summary

Purpose:
To help retailers keep track of NSF and other bad checks that were written by their customers. Bad checks are something that can't be left unattended for very long, and a business with a high volume of sales can easily loose track of the collection process for every bad check.

Observed Time Savings:
75%  -  As tested, a job that normally took an hour a week was reduced to about 15 minutes.

Description:
The program includes a customer database and a database for all bad check cases. Included are a set of notices that ask for prompt payment, as well as reports to collection agencies, and listings of current and past outstanding bad checks. There is also a report on who not to accept checks from that could be distributed to the cashiers or others who accept payment. The program is flexible and intuitive, in order to support a high degree of user-friendliness. The process for entering information and printing notices and reports is extremely easy and straight forward.

Requirements:
Any version of Windows from 95 to XP. Minimum requirements are the same as the operating systems minimum requirements.
